Since I did it last year for NaNoWriMo but for artist, I started updating my online comic: Notebook Kiss a page a day and fanfic. The last time I updated my ouran fanfic was 5 years ago!!! OMG time has passed. But I also have not really leisurely read a book for a LOOOOOOONG time, so I already forgot how to write story orz;;;

I kinda envy my past self, since I was able to do what I enjoyed the most: storytelling. Now, I waste time just drawing fanarts or trying to improve my painting skills without really adding a narrative. Also I was able to draw comic stuff during high school and college years when I was also busy with homework. Now I'm already out of school and working, but can barely do any comic (unless its work related) for fun. Where did I go wrong?

Ahh hopefully this month will bring my groove back into just doing more storytelling. Even tho I'm working on a fandom I really don't care about now...I want to at least give it a conclusion. I also wish I could print my stuff haha, but no one really buys my work or this small fandom haha.

My lj posting has been becoming less frequent. Somehow I feel like no one care. Anyways, I've been meaning to do this since it requires less memorizing about the whole trip hahaa...

First off: Plug Neko!

We went to the cat cafe again in Ikebukuro and I manage to take this really cute picture of this lion-fur trimmed cat. So cuute!!!!

Now onto the doujin/manga/artbook photo dump! I think I went overload this year. They were sooo ridiculously heavy to carry around. Thank goodness for 4-wheel luggages! Also I bought too many compiled doujin XD;;

After weeks of already finishing the lineart, I finally scanned it and leveled the lineart.

-Natsume Yuujinchou - Natsume, Nyanko-sensei, and Natori...with yokais...
-Gundam 00 - Groupies
-Code Geass - Lelouch/Rolo (i have it drawn already...need to ink)
-and maybe Dragon Ball haha...So addicted to Gohan!!! It'll probably just be a Gohan print...

Do you think those are popular enough? :-/

Finished my contribution to a Rolo tribute...4pgs...within 2 days!



100% inked digitally with Painter X. I think its actually easier than hand inking it because it soo much easier to white out!! I noticed most of my fanarts are Rolo :P But then somehow I feel like I haven't been drawing much :-/ I'm kinda happy with how Lelouch turned out in my drawing since I BARELY draw him or any other chara...

Now's that out of the way, there's still reborn doujin....

Code Geass R2, Macross F, and D.Gray-man anime ending soon!!!! I love the anime art in DGM. So it'll be sad to not see the shinies anymore...I have to get the visual collection!!! I have Gundam 00 and Tales of Abyss to look forward to.

I got a proof back from the printer! Woot that was fast! There are a couple of pages that need some editing since they were going out of the margin....but the completion is near :D

Anyways, I'm actually almost done!!! WOO!!! Cover finished yesterday + Page 52 + Artist Talk. I'm adding 2 more extra stuff. Once I get the files from guest artist, I will have 70 pages total! Woo! I'm crossing my fingers that I can drop the files off at the printer Monday morning before class.

Sunday I AM SOOO GOING TO WORK ON MY PAINTING!!!! ARGH Less than 14 days left.....I have to make a nice painting of THIS. *faint and commits suicide*

And I still have all the prints to work on. They are still in the roughest stage!! ARGH!!!!!

I finished two task to prep Kyoto Trip. I still need to find a gift for Host family...once I know who is my host family. I'm so going to spend a lot of money there!! Maybe find Makoto Shinkai's artbook...

LOL. Orcs are ugly....(well Lineage II orcs look pretty handsome compared to WoW).

Damn I suck at drawing out of my range of bishies and bishoujos. Ugly things don't attract me at all. Which is why I'm narrow-minded when it comes to manga with good story but ugly style.

Looking at the character design the Anim/Illust BFA program did....gawd damn. I'm far behind in drawing skills T__T (Oh I'm far behind my painting as well DX;;;) I should like die....

Schedules are out! I need to figure out what classes I want to take next semester :O

OMG this is actually NOT an unhappy rant as I've had for the last 10 chapters or so *A* krysyuy is right, this chapter makes me a really happy Hikaru-fangirl XD!!!

Oh yea. Watching Gaia softball game was really fun!! Suck we lost by 1 pt!!!! ARGH!!! So close TOT;; I never been so into sport since highschool tennis! XD
