I guess it's a thing in artists to either mimic attributes they find attractive in the figure or or to imitate their own physical appearance.
Like....it's really hard for me to draw a skinny character, I have to make a lot of effort to do so and make them look ok. The big boob thing I've gotten so used to....cuz girls out there draw some guys wid massive packages X3 it's a matter of fanservice on whichever side.
