Haha...Its quite sad how it's extremely hard to find anything relating to my fandom... (since I chose stuff that aren't popular) I'm tempted to buy it....

I end up buying a bunch of Ouran and Digimon Doujinshi recently. A lot of my favorite Ouran japanese artists are now drawing Code Geass....is it that good? Somehow it doesn't interest me. Maybe I should watch it...but the fanservice of ladies aren't appealing for me)

Quick review on the stuff I bought artwise (since i can't read japanese well haha):

Ouran doujinshi:
Ryoyazaki's style is creepy...It's pretty at certain angles...but they look like bugs....or something XD;; The Ouran Anthology I bought has pretty cover...but nothing great inside TOT;; I guess I'm not really into Gag doujinshi XD;; One artists drew them with old-school clamp style haha...That was creepy as well...

Digimon doujinshi:
Nobi Nobita art in here is really pretty @W@!! It's simple stroke with barely tones..but the flow of the panel is really dramatic. Must learn from her style! Not a yamato/taichi fan..but there was some sorato...so I'm good :D Ken x Hikari?! I was curious...the style isn't that great tho. Ken x Takeru as well?! I was just curious again... Takeru is too dark here tho...too dark for my taste XD;; They look like adults in the doujinshi-ka style @_@;;;

*sigh* I'm buying doujinshi for inspiration XD;; But sometimes the stuff that exists aren't really inspiring...esp to the lack of what I like. Buuu T3T

i love Code Geass. though i admittedly only started watching cuz my favorite j-rock group, FLOW, did the opening theme song XD. but yeah i like it. and the ladies don't look very fanservice but the character design is by CLAMP i think and i love their style (Chi!).

...Ouran in old-school CLAMP style? Like...humongous shoulders and pointy eyes? ~__~ Wow, I can't even imagine that. What a shame, that Maid Club doujinshi cover was really cute ^^

Fanservice-ladies aside, I think Code Geass has a rather intriguing plot. :3 It runs for 25 episodes ATM... but I heard there's a season 2 coming up. It's a little like Gundam Seed Destiny, with lesser emodrama and lack of a "happily ever after" ending.

I also own that Ken X Takeru doujin for the fact that Takeru looks all evil. I kinda like the Digimon characters interpreted older so it doesn't make me a dirty shota admirer. ^^;

I agree on Nobi Nobita... that's why I own nearly all of her Digimon doujin. ^^; I think I know which one you're talking about re: Sorato. =O

Oh, I picked up a Ouran doujin for you from Animate, but I haven't checked the content yet. I'll let you know later. ^^ (meaning that I didn't find the Ouran section at Comiket.. it was just way too big for me to tackle.)
