Went out drawing with dad

Today, I went driving with my dad to pick up my new glasses. Afterward we drove around the Vietnamese community area of San Jose = Tully, King and Story Rd. During those time, I've attempted to draw while he was driving in congested traffics, shopping and eating at a restaurant. It's so hard to draw walking and not looking retarded.

Don't you hate it when people stare at you when you're trying to draw them?? o_O!!!

They look at me suspiciously and I try to avoid eye contact and look at another direction. I filled up 2 spreads of my moleskin at least :) We also drove around downtown hoping to see if there was any Chinese New Year parade...but I guess there weren't any. But I'm definitely going to walk around downtown with my sis and draw the area. Some nice buildings we have there.

We were discussing about the economy and suicide. Man its so depressing!!! T_T;;

Now I gotta finish work stuff T_T;;

Jing and Kir

They give off the same aura that I'm attracted to D: A boy and his animal sidekick. They don't get along sometime, but work together in the end. Each episodes are one shot stories. Natsume is usually calm and collective like Jing. They accomplish something in the end of each episode with a subtle meaning in the end.

I'm probably making this up haha... Damn, I miss King of Bandit Jing...what happened to the Kumakura-sensei...? Its been a while. Is he still ill @_@;;
