Maximum the Hormone

Maximum the Hormone are definitely becoming poppier. That said, in this case that is no bad thing; the sound of earlier albums such as Mimi Jiru was much closer to straight thrash than their current output. As a straight thrash band they were pretty average with not a lot to make them stand out from the crowd.

However, since somebody came up with the bright idea of giving their drummer Nao a go at singing they have become something more than just average....

Now that explains why they sound so catchy now. I remember downloading their music and immediately deleting it after hearing it was hardcore rock straight throughout. (All it was, was pure screaming) But after hearing the new Death Note opening and ending, they sound a lot better now! And the female vocal definitely makes a nice mix.

I have interest in music lately~~

Also...just bought Alexander Revisted in Amazon. I wanted to watch this movie so long ago...but the reviews made it harder to buy or watch with my sisters XD;; But after watching some clips on Youtube, they released a Final Cut version which is supposedly waaay better than the other version, so yah. Money easily spent there.

My arm is so freakin sore!! I will be spending my weekend at the school computer lab working on my 3D animation T_T;; *sigh*
