I've been buying a lot of artbook because I think I need to expose myself to what current illustrators are doing....and I look at book reference more than digital.

Anyways, for Halloween...
I didn't dress up. All my costume are outdated...and I woke up just to have enough time to toast some bread and go to school. Everyone's costume at work was pretty awesome! I hope someone uploads photos! I came at 12 ish...and the sushi was all gone ;o;

Anyways, after work, I went with CP, Laine and Derek to watch capoeira performance. The performers were in costumes this time, so it was fun to watch them do cool moves as a janitor, pink ragdoll, nymph, sinbad, or chinese martial artist XD;; The really tall guy was Elliot from E.T. and brought a E.T. plush to the circle and performed haha. Pretty entertaining.

After, we picked up Phi to eat, on my very first time, at the Cheesecake Factory. I think I drank too much mocha... so I got lots of liquid trying to go down my throat....but I wanted to vomit it out. So stuffed and I only ate half the dish TwT;; I wanted to eat more Godiva Cheesecake but too much mocha....I hope the caffeine is working!!

Just a list of stuff I accomplished today:

-Watch Tropic Thunder with Teresa. I'm still a bit surprised by one of the cast member...I so didn't recognize him throughout the movie!! I couldn't understand much of what Downey Jr said...but the use of Chinese medicine to blacken himself was funny XD

-Walked around Eastridge and met up with Melinda and Farah. I bought two camis!

-Bought lock at Office Depot

-Watched Code Geass 21: All I can say is WTF. I miss my Rolo ;o;

-Went to my cousin Christine's wedding at those Chinese restaurant. A lot of my cousins were there. My nieces and nephews are so cuute!!! The two siblings, Jonathan (age 6) and Abby (5) are so going to be photographers XD They were taking pictures the whole day with Lily's camera. They even know to turn the camera portrait style to get a better composition! I love my nieces and nephews~~ I need to have more influence on them while they are young 8D Cousin Mimi is pregnant 6 months. The first nephew/niece that will come from the cousins on my mom side. Funny to see her so hungry for food XD

After two weeks of being separated from my PC due to remodeling the room, I finally connected everything again XD Even tho I have half a desk, I used another wood to support the table so I can put my monitor and comp stuff on top. I had to catch up with downloading animes and manga T-T;;

This morning (well, yesterday morning), for the first time in a while, my family and I went to watch Mummy 3 together at the Eastridge. We haven't watched movie at the theater together in soo long. So that was nice. We went to Sears afterward to look at washer since the one at home is finally dying of old age. We went home to eat and eventually we went back to buy it since it had a sale going on. We also bought a new refrigerator so they deliver on the same day. Finally, we're getting rid of those 20 year old appliance! They waste so much energy....

Yesterday we started painting our room and my parent's room. We have SO MUCH SHIT in the room...The house looks so messy with all our stuff out in the living room right now haha. And the dusts and paint everywhere....

Then we have to remodel closet and buy new shelves and beds for my sis and my room.

I haven't drawn anything decent in a while.....

Also, my mum went back to Ireland for another two weeks for business trip T__T I was in Japan when she left for a week. But now I'm actually home and she's not here.... *sniff* Two weeks.... Lily is taking over housechore while she is gone.

ARGHH looks like I won't have time to submit the Ouran fanart for the next Ouran volume TAT;;; SOOO BUSY I LOOK AWFUL @A@;;; I don't even know if I have enough time to work on prints!!! DAMNIT ALL!!!!!!!!!

I'm still thinking about it because the freakin form is due tomorrow. I went to an after class thing where the BFA students looked over the portfolio and gave advice what to put and what not to put. I think I have a good amount of stuff maybe for 16 pages...but I believe I can do a lot better......................

...so I'll consider applying next semester....yes yes. No changing decision. I need to set my priority straight. I have Forest painting, Doujinshi, Prints, and work to concentrate. While I'm in Kyoto, I'll push myself through the summer to do paintings, sketches, and such to make a more impressive portfolio!

...I hope.

At work we were comparing fingers and ears....I know I have a strange pinky that sticks out. I can't move it to touch the ring finger. And when I make a fist, it sticks out....(a lot of my drawings with hands shows that haha). But then when my co-workers were looking at thumbs when you make a thumbs up. They do strange things like bend it back further than usual. I showed mine, and they were shocked mine goes straight up! What? I have a retarded thumb too!! @A@;; I knew something was strange when I reference my hand in drawings..but didn't quite grasp what it was. So it doesn't even curve at all T^T;; No wonder my thumbs hurt sometimes when typing.

I think I might have found a manga series I might enjoy *A* DaigoAnn!!! <3 So cute. I love Hinako Ashihara's style *A* 'Skimming through the stack of Shojo Beat for their scenes haha. Now if I can get my hand on Volume 1....

Also HachiKuro's manga style is pretty *A* Loose scratchy lineart is lovely~~~ I still have to watch the second season!! Is the drama/movie worth watching? D:

I wish I could do those shoujo manga style with thin loose linearts T___T The anatomy on the chara aren't even perfect...but they just work so well overall!!

I tried watch milk_of_lime's recommendation (?) of RH Plus...sorry, it was too cheesy haha! I end trying to watch Princess Princess D while I was at it...it was bad as well!! ORZ. I tried out watching another series: ChocoMimi...wth...ORZ. Aren't there anymore good J-drama like Nodame??? D:
