Ouran 58 rant part I +doujinshi rant

Okay back to Ouran rantage.

Every chapter release seems to kill my enjoyment of this series slowly T____T;;; I kinda don't want to go to the FROP forum to wait for the scans without going through the insane amount of "OMGTAMAHARUISCUUTE!!!!" squealing fangirls @A@;;;; *pukes*

Tho I'm a bit relieved with Haruhi's decision....because I don't really care about her anymore. (The old Haruhi died few chapters back). Apparently I really don't care what happens to Tamaki anymore...whatever he's up to T_T;;; I hope Hikaru has some more appearance because he's my favorite at the moment!!!

Because of these recent development in the series...I started to really loose motivation on completing my HikaHaru doujinshi T___T;;; But someone who purchased my doujinshi recently e-mailed me a really nice comment on it~~


It really lifted my spirits, and it's made me optimistic about HikaHaru; though I realize that it doesn't really have a chance anymore in the actual series (especially considering the latest chapters...it seems really depressing that this is all happening immediately after the twins realize their feelings and start trying to do something about it...), at least I have your doujin, eh? :3 Instead of dreading the arrival of 58 (and going all "aahhhh, ouran is ending, tamaharu is insanely obvious, it feels like kaoru's sacrifice was made in vain and it feels like the twins are just being used as doormats and handy drama devices...), my mood has lightened up somewhat and I've been telling myself to be happy no matter what the outcome...

It sorta cheered me up because...with doujinshi, I can make things happen that won't happen in the official series. Also I can emphasize parts of the series that I really wish the author would do. And if I can share it with others who also enjoy what I did, it makes me feel pretty good :3
So that totally pumped me up to really continue it. It doesn't matter if it's not canon...as long as there are people that agree with me or like it, I can move on.

If I can, I would soooooo make a LavixLenalee doujinshi as well...since there is a huge lack of it (does even one exists??). And even a TamakixEclair doujinshi if I wasn't hating the series as much as I used to. Hmm...what other doujinshi....oh yea KenxChrome!!


To end today's rant...I'm only sticking to Ouran just for the Twins. My love for the series is danglingly on a really thin string right now. I would quit if it weren't for Hikaru's unfinished development.

Now to wait for the full scans to be released....I'll be back for more rantage (most likely negative as usual).

This reminds me of Naruto fanarts I've seen lately of Sasuke x Sai (Shippuuden edition). I never actually THOUGHT of this part since Sai x Naruto is very compatible ("Do you have a *****?" contradiction xD)

Do whatever you want with the characters, whether it happened or feel they're very cute together as a couple. It's up to you not the manga itself. I mean who would think of Tsuna x Baby!Lambo be such a great couple, considering the difference in age ._. *SHOT*~~~ And ever though of Ryouhei x Kyoko? They're SIBLINGS XD *shotshotshot*

I'm looking forward to your next doujinshi, even though I won't be available during AX. ;w;v Ganbatte ne!

I just wanna see if Hikaru can step up, he's been on the side track for too long! At this rate, he'll never prove himself, or worst, he will never make a confession to her D= Noo~

Yea...I really hope Hatori is building something? But it seems to take a really long time.....Two chapter into it and he still haven't done anything yet!!

If you enjoy the pairing, keep going! That's what pair fandom is about, right? And doujin, as has been said, is about elaborating on aspects of the series you enjoy, even if the story doesnt go the way you'd like. I enjoyed your doujin quite a bit! Made me think more about HikaHaru's possibilities.. XD;;;

sigh....i guess the development of hikaru's character is all in vain ;[ i seriously dont understand why bisco hatori would focus on the twins for so long and then drift to tamaharu D:
But if you think about it ,it's so parallel to the hikaru discovering love chapters D: why must ouran break hearts </3

Indeed. Haruhi is having the same reaction as Hikaru.... (except her is incredibly fluffy....)

Hatori does have some pacing issue where she concentrate on one character too much for one chapter and then concentrate another area in the another chapter. I wish it was more balance. This chapter was tooo Tamaki/Haruhi centric for my liking >_>;; Hikaru and co. doesn't have much screentime in the few chapters.. When it was Hikaru and Kaoru's little arc...Mori and Hunny were involved (and even kyouya and tamaki had their scenes). But the characters in this chapter isn't involved as much.

Argh..frustration! (well I'm kinda over it..)

Hang in there. =D If you ask me, I think Ouran has less to do with Tama and Haru's relationship, but more on character development and growth. Tamaki is growing up to run his family business empire. Haruhi is learning to loosen up and have fun. But who have been the characters that have grown and developed the most? =)

So rest assured that the story doesn't end here, because Hikaru and Kaoru are just about as important (and maybe even more important) than TamaHaru's sickly sweet relationship. They provide edge to an overall fluffy, saccharine plot. I'm sure Hatori-sensei won't let Hikaru go down without a fight. ;P

But this may be just me trying to console myself, LOL. =P

I think the whole romance fluff will cool down a bit....and then return later again (for sure, i'll die when it comes back because that would probably be it).
