Ribon...Jump, Asuka...Ace...

Do people actually throw away their thick monthly manga magazine away? We have like tons of old Ribon, Gangan, and Asuka magazines just being stored underneath the bed and in the closet XD;;

I dunno why it's so hard to throw them away XD;;; (maybe cuz we spent a lot of money on subscribing to them...) Good thing we stopped D:

I don't know how people could do that =_=! I definitly wouldn't throw them away! It was $10 a book to begin with.
I've been told people in Japan throw away manga after they're done with it however. And then again it's much cheaper there. it still seems like a waste. >

In Japan, they have this special little recycling box for monthly manga magazines to be reused for publishing more manga magazines +w+;;;

I keep them for references. I don't subscribe orz||| You can send some to me *w*~~~

LOL damn.. if I was in Japan, I'd pick up those recycling bin of monthly manga and resell them online at discount *spreads the love over the world*..

Actually, I never subscribed to any manga magazines before. Don't know how, and hard to read not being able to understand Japanese. scanslations save me <3

I see people re-selling them on eBay and at swap meets fairly often. :]

Yar. I just store them on my bookshelf.
In some of the Japanese restuarants around where I live, they also store them on bookshelves for customers to read.
And I see people sell them to used bookstores a lot. xp
But, I totally agree. It's such a waste to throw them away!
So expensive and so prettyyyyyy.

I think it's better to make something out of them. Like. A notebook. Or use them as wrapping paper, at the very least. xp
