Batman: Under the Red Hood post

Story aside I was watching to see how much Batman animation improved. I've grown up watching Batman when I was a child. I've only really liked the original animated series. They went into this sharp simplified shape that was a really turn off for me later on. Anyways since this is a new movie had to check it out after seeing an AMV that perked my interest after seeing so much Robin haha.
A lot of the animation is outsourced to Japan and Korea by looking at the credit. Answer Studio was involved in the animation production.

But I was hoping for the animation to look like the first 5 minutes of it. Seriously it so well done...but then the rest goes off almost tv standard...

Can't tell the difference with the Joker...he looks the same haha.
Realistic eye details! Omg! (look at how that just disappear later on)

Batman always looks the same with his flatness and rectangular headshape...so can't really compare...
After the first 5 minutes we went from this:
to this:
I dunno, bruce just doesn't have that awesome detail in the earlier part...

I wonder if its the line under his nose that makes him unattractive...
Details basically looks like this for the rest of the film...similar to the TV series...
Its sorta improve in one of the fight. Little more better headshape and the way the shadow falls on his face is nice.
This is nice too how Jason is more flat...
One of the better shots...but seriously, It would be awesome if it was more like this standard:
Considering they wear mask most of the time, it really doesn't affect much haha. But when they were unmasked...it would have been nice to have that quality throughout.... *plus good for screencapping haha*
