Fanime 2007 over!

Gah it's finally done! 5 days!! (thursday sorta counts okay). I only bought two things throughout the con. An extremely smexy Eva Kaworu poster and some wig caps for AX! I didn't see any AMV at all, which is probably what's missing in my fanime con experience. They didn't show it in Masquerade nor Closing ceremony like wth. (they did that the years before ;O;). Oh well, the time meeting people was wonderful. Also ZZ is still the best from the music fest ever!!!!
So tired. We did a little different in cosplaying. We dressed in a school uniform theme, kimono/yukata theme, and d.gray-man for fri-sun. Sandals are so comfortable to walk around.

An a quick shout out to the lovely people I met at fanime before I forget. (i still might forget some...) A full report on the con later.

lucathia: Not really met...but anyways, although you missed out a lot of panel and stuff and had to walk alone for most of the part, I hope you had fun this year. We must work on our E7 cosplay for AX soon kay ;3!!

c2lan: Oh wow, we actually talked to each other more than just "You're late. I'm almost closing, but here's the last print of so-so print". So awesome talking to you and thanks for the art trade. Your chibi prints are utterly adorable. L especially is sooo cute!! Hope to see ya again soon for Gaia stuff. XD I hope you get your table at AX!! I'm kinda worry if I take up the whole table myself very easily T_T;;;

barlee: We meet again! Yay! So happy you came to Fanime and with Lychi!!! ♥ Thanks for inviting me to dinner with you SoCal peeps XD;; It was very fun just talking to other artists. Your perkiness and money greediness is so adorable haha. Don't lose sight of having fun drawing! You're super talented, I'm envious of your pencil and watercolor skills.

lysori: You don't know how happy I was to have finally met you!! When you disappeared from the internet I was like sad ;O; But anyways, your art is always awesome and inspiring and seeing them in person was even great (even tho there was so little drawing in your sketchbook). *looks at KH2 print speechless *O* * I so envy your gifted skills!!!!

jen_kat: Yay, we finally converse, even tho you've seen me in the past cons XD;; Your performance and narration (i hope it was your voice) in the masquerade was really great~~!! So smooth and clean recording~ Hope you like the doujin preview hehe. See ya at AX.

usaku: Bossu! I hope my complaints were um not too demanding XD;; But thanks for putting up with me and I look forward to starting the new assignments!! I hope you some how take over the other department :D

chasiewbao and ianoji: I see you every week at school already but its nice seeing you outside of school so I have less to say :3 But thanks for stopping by. Hope to see ya at school next semester!

Yup, we had time to talk. XD Though, I always feel bad when I'm talking to an artist across the table because it feels like I'm trying to take their attention away from them while they're working on things. TAT;

I very much liked the doujin preview. I look forward to it! I'll be seeing you more at AX, I suspect. XD;

PFFFFFT. Greedy?! *_* If you sell out of prints on the second day in a four-day con it totally makes sense to make more. 8DD But AA's most fun when you're not worrying about sales and you're just hanging out with artists and friends anyway, so I understand not wanting to bother with reprinting too. It's important not to let profit get in the way of having a good time.

Thanks again for coming to dinner with us! I know it was a little loud and the group was big... even I had a hard time hearing what people were saying like 2 seats away from me. T_T But I hope you and your friend had a good time. I really loved looking through your sketchbook too! Thanks so much for sharing with us~ ;__; So inspiring!! You're such an amazing artist. <333
