ADV was releasing it.... :/ I own the first two DVD box sets but they only go to episode 60 (and the first arc is 73 eps ... long but so worth it!). I'm not sure if they released more on individual dvd before ADV went kaplunk. But Great Eastern suddenly released Saint Seiya merchandise, so I wonder if someone picked it up?

I also watched it all on fansubs (which I have! and can find a way to get to you! XD) but the quality is considerably better on the DVDs, both the picture and the subtitles.
